Paan kulfi

Ingredients to make Paan kulfi

  • 1 liter full Fat milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Pinch of saffron
  • 1 Teaspoon of mixed Mouth fresh
  • 2 teaspoon of paan leaves
  • 1 Teaspoon of chopped almond
  • 1 Teaspoon of chopped pistachio

How to make Paan kulfi

  1. Heat a pan add milk
  2. Add sugar
  3. Boil for thick milk
  4. Take a little warm milk and add a pinch of saffron, mix well
  5. Add some cardamom
  6. Add saffron milk and mix well
  7. Add chopped Almond and pistachio
  8. Switch off the flame
  9. Add tutti frutti, and mixd sweet mouth fresh paan masala.
  10. Mix well.
  11. Add paan leaves /Betal leaves
  12. Allow it cool completely and transfer the little pot
  13. Close the pot help with foil sheets
  14. Refrigerate for 5-6 hours
  15. After 6 hours, Tasty delicious paan kulfi is ready to serve
  16. Tasty paan flavoured kulfi, happy holi

My Tip:

In your wish you can use popsicle mold also.
