Carrot kalakadh

Ingredients to make Carrot kalakadh

  • Milk - 1 litter
  • Milkmaid - 1 tin
  • paneer - 1 cup
  • carrot pulp - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • cardamom powder - 1 tsp
  • Chopped pista - 1 tbsp

How to make Carrot kalakadh

  1. Boil the milk reduced to half. Crumble the paneer and add into milk , continue to reduce.
  2. Add carrot pulp and sugar. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add milkmaid, cardamom powder and continue to reduce till mixture separated from the side.
  4. Add pistachios and serve in paper cup.
