Ingredients to make #RoseThadaiPaanCashewSwissRoll...

  • 1cup milk powder
  • 1cup cashew powder
  • 1cup milk maid
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp thandai masala
  • 1 ts rose emulsion, 2 drop paan essence, 2 beetel leaf 1 tbsp dry rose pettles...

How to make #RoseThadaiPaanCashewSwissRoll...

  1. Heat ghee in pan. Add milk maid to it.let it boil..
  2. Add cashew powder, milk powder..mix well..
  3. cook on a slow flame...Stir it continuously to avoid forming lumps.
  4. Let it cook until it starts to come together and form a big lump. The flame should be on low.
  5. divide the dough into 2 parts. In 1 part add thandai masala & chopped beetel paan leaf & paan essence.
  6. In 2 part add Rose essence & dry Rose pettels in it..make ball..
  7. Make ball from thandai dough.
  8. Now put Thandai ball on butter paper & roll it in round shape.
  9. Now put butter paper on it..put Rose ball & Roll it also in round shape. like thandai ball size..Remove the butter paper.
  10. put the rose petal leaves on it & again roll.
  11. flip it.& Roll tightly..set it into the fridge for 1 hour..
  12. Cut it into roll shape...
  13. Rose Thandai paan swiss rolls r ready to serve..
