How to make Kulfi Falooda...

  1. Soak the basil seeds in half a glass of water for 30 minutes until they are nicely puffed up.
  2. Keep them refrigerated until ready to use.
  3. Bring milk to a rolling boil.
  4. Add milkmaid and simmer on a low heat.
  5. After it thickens a bit, allow it cool.
  6. Add rose syrup to it and stir well.
  7. Refrigerate it after it cools down to a large extent.

  9. Set jelly of your choice and flavours. You can use more than one flavour also.
  10. Keep it aside.
  11. It's time for the assembling now.
  12. Add basil seeds to each serving glass.
  13. Next divide the milk equally between all.
  14. Top it up with the sev.
  15. Cut jelly into big pieces and divide them equally between all serving glasses.
  16. Finally place a kulfi in the centre and top with slivered mixed nuts.
  17. Serve this chilled extravaganza right away.

My Tip:

Cooktime includes the chilling time.
