  • 1 large sized brinjal
  • tomatoes- 2
  • garlic cloves (chopped) 3-4
  • mustard oil 1 tbsp
  • green chillies (chopped) 1-2
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice for more tangy flavor (optional)
