ABOUT CAPSICUM STUFFED WITH GRATED PANEER SIDEDISH RECIPE

Paneer is prepared by adding food acid, such as lemon juice, vinegar, citric acid or yogurt.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Capsicums 6
  2. Paneer grated 250 gms
  3. chopped onions 1/2 cup
  4. turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  5. salt ½ tsp
  6. red chilli powder ¼ tsp
  7. coriander leaves chopped
  8. dhaniya powder ½ tsp
  9. amchur powder ¼ tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl; add grated paneer, onions, dhaniya powder, amchur powder, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander leaves and mix well. Mix well all the ingredients.
  2. Remove the seeds from the capsicums and cut out the stem portion. Stuff all the capsicums with the paneer mix.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, place the stuffed capsicums in the pan and cover with a lid. After two minutes, flip the sides and cover them again.
  4. Check after 2 to 3 minutes and bring the side down where it’s not roasted. Roast the capsicums from every side until it gets all cooked. Capsicum is roasted from all sides, it’s now ready.
  5. Take out the stuffed capsicums in a serving bowl. Tempting and delicious paneer stuffed capsicum is ready. Serve with steaming hot chapatti or rice and relish eating.
