Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100gm green garlic
  2. 2 tomatoes.
  3. Salt
  4. 1/4tsp red chilli.
  5. 1/4tsp turmeric powder.
  6. 1tbs desi ghee.
  7. 1/4tsp cumin seeds.

Instructions

  1. Fine chopp the green garlic with leaves.
  2. Pury d tomatoes.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan.
  4. Add cumin seeds.
  5. Nw saute garlic.
  6. Add tomato pury.
  7. Add salt n all masalas.
  8. Cook well.
  9. Add 2 cup water.
  10. Boil on simmer till gravy cook.
  11. Serve with hot chapati.
