Chholiye curry

Ingredients to make Chholiye curry

  • 5 boiled potatoes
  • 1 bowl tomato puree
  • 2 tblspn kaju paste
  • 1tspn garam massla
  • 1tblsp salt
  • 1tspn red chilli powder
  • 1tblsp dhania powder
  • 1tblspn kasuri methi
  • Few chopped corriander leaves
  • 1tspn haldi powder
  • oil
  • 1 tspn jeera
  • 1tspn hing

How to make Chholiye curry

  1. Mash the boil potatoes roughly.
  2. Take the pressure cooker and add ghee , hing and jeera in it.
  3. Now add puree and haldi powder.
  4. Now add all the masalas and kaju paste.
  5. Let it cook and water evaporates.
  6. When the gravy becomes lighter red and thick add chholiye and mashed potato.
  7. Mix it and little water.
  8. It will look like this.
  9. Now give two whistles.
  10. After whistle cook it without lid.
  11. Garnish it with chopped corriander leaves.
  12. Now yur subzi is ready to eat.

My Tip:

You can add curd also in the gravy.
