About Aloo kofta curry Recipe

This is very cheesy and yummy dish.

Aloo kofta curry

Ingredients to make Aloo kofta curry

  • potatoes 4-6
  • Cheese 1 cup
  • salt a pinch
  • sugar 2 spoon
  • Punjabi gravy masala 1 spoon
  • red chilly powder 1 spoon
  • turmeric powder 1 spoon
  • coriander powder 1 spoon
  • tomatoes 3-4
  • cashew 1/2 cup
  • water 2 cups
  • oil for deep frying 92 cups)
  • onion 1/1 cup
  • ginger-Garlic paste 2 spoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 spoon
  • Ramdev garam masala 1 spoon
  • corn starch 1 spoon
  • mustard seeds 2 spoons
  • Ajwain 1 spoon
  • tej patta 3-4

How to make Aloo kofta curry

  1. First boil and then mash potatoes.
  2. In another pan boil tomatoes, onions and cashews. make puree of it.
  3. take mashed potatoes then add grated cheese, corn starch, black pepper powder, salt and mix them well.
  4. make balls of potatoes mixture.
  5. Deep fry those balls.
  6. Heat oil in pan then add mustard seeds, ajwain, tej patta, ginger-garlic paste, tomato-onion puree, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, sugar, punjabi gravy masala, fried aloo koftas water and boil it.
  7. grate cheese on it and then serve with paratha, naan or roti.

My Tip:

First you peel the potatoes then boil it so it will be ready to use easily.
