Imli Ka Sharbat

Ingredients to make Imli Ka Sharbat

  • tamarind or imli 2 to 3 lemon size balls
  • sugar 1 to 2 tablespoon
  • Roasted jeera powder 1 teaspoon
  • Black salt 4 teaspoon
  • Chopped green chilly 2 teaspoon
  • Chopped coriander 4 teaspoon
  • Chopped coriander 2 tea
  • Chopped coriand
  • Chopped coriander 2 teaspoon

How to make Imli Ka Sharbat

  1. WASH, SOAK 2-3 LEMON SIZED BALLS OF TAMARIND IN SUFFICIENT WATER FOR 30 MINS
  2. MASH & STRAIN THE SOAKED TAMARIND
  3. ADD SOME MORE WATER, STRAIN IT AGAIN
  4. ADD 1-2 TBSP SUGAR, 4 TSP CHOPPED CORIANDER, 1 TSP ROASTED CUMIN POWDER, ROCK SALT TO TASTE
  5. ADD 1 TSP CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
  6. MIX WELL TILL THE SUGAR DISSOLVES, STRAIN THE CORIANDER & GREEN CHILLIES IF YOU WISH
