Chilli Paneer Tacos

Ingredients to make Chilli Paneer Tacos

  • paneer 300 gms
  • Green capcicum chopped 1 cup
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • tomato sauce 1/4 cup
  • olive oil 1/4 cup
  • vinegar 1 tbsp
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • chilli sauce 1 t tbsp
  • Green chillies 1 tsp
  • ginger paste 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper power 1/4 tsp
  • chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  • 10 taco shells
  • 1 cup grated cheese

How to make Chilli Paneer Tacos

  1. DUST 300 GMS COTTAGE CHEESE CUBES WITH CORNFLOUR
  2. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD THE COTTAGE CHEESE CUBES
  3. FLIP & COOK TILL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES, TAKE OFF HEAT & KEEP ASIDE
  4. HEAT 1/4 CUP OLIVE OIL, ADD 1 TSP CHOPPED GARLIC, 1 TSP GREEN CHILLIES
  5. ADD 1 TSP GRATED GINGER PASTE, 1 CUP CHOPPED SPRING ONIONS, SAUTE
  6. ADD 1 CUP CHOPPED CAPSICUM, SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE
  7. ADD THE COTTAGE CHEESE CUBES
  8. ADD 1/4 CUP TOMATO SAUCE, 1 TBSP EACH OF SOYA SAUCE, CHILLI SAUCE & VINEGAR
  9. ADD 1/4 TSP EACH OF CHILLI FLAKES & PEPPER POWDER
  10. ADD SALT TO TASTE, MIX WELL
  11. DISSOLVE 2 TBSP CORNFLOUR IN 1/4 CUP WATER
  12. ADD IT TO THE COTTAGE CHEESE MIX, COOK FOR 1 MINUTE, STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY
  13. CHILLI PANEER IS READY
  14. ADD THE CHILLI PANEER FILLING INTO THE TACO SHELLS
  15. DRIZZLE SOME SALSA SAUCE
  16. ADD GRATED CHEESE ON TOP
  17. COVER & COOK IN A HOT PAN ON LOW HEAT FOR 5 MINS OR UNTIL THE CHEESE MELTS ON TOP
  18. SERVE HOT
