Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soyabean chaap 250 gms
  2. Cumin 1 tsp
  3. 2 green chillies
  4. 2 medium size onion
  5. 3 medium size tomato
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. coriander powder 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt 1 tsp or as per your taste
  11. Fresh Cream /sweet curd - 1/2 cup
  12. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  13. Coriander leaves
  14. Any cooking Oil 6 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Firstly chop medium size pieces of soyabean chaap and wash them
  2. Now add 4 tbsp oil in a pan and let it heat .when oil is hot then add soyabean chaap peices in it and shallow fry them on medium flame.
  3. When chaap become light Brown and crispy then take them out on a plate
  4. Now add cumin , green chillies and roughly chopped onion in remaining oil and saute it on medium flame until onion become Brown in colour .Don't burn them .just give it a brown colour
  5. When onion become brown then add ginger garlic paste and saute it for 1 minute . Now add roughly chopped tomatoes in it and cook them on medium flame until tomatoes become soft
  6. When tomatoes becomes soft and tender then turn off the flame and let it cool down on room temperature
  7. When mixture is cool down properly then put it into a mixee grinder jar , grind it and prepare a smooth paste
  8. Now add 2 tbsp oil in a wok let it heat then add the prepared paste in it . Now add red chilli powder , coriander powder, turmeric powder in the paste , Mix it well , a little water and let it simmer for 2 minutes on medium flame
  9. Now add cream in it and keep stirring while adding cream in it ..when cream is properly Mixed then add soyabean chaap and add 1 cup of water in it and mix it and let it cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  10. Now in the last , add salt , garam masala and coriander leaves in it and mix it well . Now turn off the flame and serve it hot with prathas , kulcha , chapati etc
