These are wonder puris because these remains as it is till 15 days. Long back when we use to travel from bikaner to calcutta almost 48 hours journey my grand maa use to make these puris for travelling.we can take it with tea.we can enjoy it in lunch with curd or in coming mango season to have these with aamras is just devine.these puris are khasta,masaledaar and very very delicious.you can give these to your kids in tiffin.it is wonderful recipe of my grand mother.i am very happy and excited while sharing this recipe with you because in text recipe it is difficult to understand the whole beauty of these puris.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cup besan
  2. 1/4 cup oil
  3. 2 tsp salt or as per taste
  4. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tsp haldi
  6. 1 tsp garam masala
  7. 1 tsp coriander powder
  8. 2 tsp seasme seeds
  9. 2 tsp jeera
  10. 2 tsp kasoori methi
  11. Oil for cook besan puris
  12. Dough for puris with little oil and salt

Instructions

  1. TAKE BESAN IN A BOWL ADD CHILLI SALT AND HALDI
  2. ADD CORIANDER POWDER,SEASME SEEDS AND JEERA
  3. NOW ADD GARAM MASALA
  4. AND KASOORI METHI ADD OIL
  5. NOW MIX ALL OF THEM WITH HANDS
  6. MIX FINELY
  7. OUR BESAN PURI MASALA IS READY
  8. NOW TAKE A BALL OF DOUGH AND LIKE KACHAURI MAKE WELL AND FILL WITH FILLING
  9. AND SEAL IT
  10. NOW TAKE SOME DRY FLOUR ON WORK PLACE AND ROLL IT
  11. AND COOK ON TAWA ADD OIL AND PRESS IT FROM ALL SIDES IN LOW FLAME TO MAKE IT CRISPY
  12. IT WILL TAKE TIME BUT IT IS NECESSARY COOK FROM BOTH SIDES LIKE THIS
  13. AND OUR BESAN KI PURIS ARE READY
  14. CAN SERVE WITH CURD AND IN MANGO SEASON HAVE IT WITH AAMRAS IT IS JUST DEVINE
  15. NOW SEE IT'S CRISPNESS AND AS WELL AS SOFTNESS
  16. OUR KHASTA, TASTY,MASALEDAAR BESAN PURIES ARE READY TO SERVE
