About Paneer Paratha Recipe

Yummy and Healthy for Kids & Adults, delicious parathas stuffed with paneer.

Paneer Paratha

Ingredients to make Paneer Paratha

  • 150 gms paneer
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chopped dhaniya [coriander leaves]
  • 2 tsp chopped onion
  • ghee
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Dough [made with wheat flour] - 1 cup

How to make Paneer Paratha

  1. Take a bowl add all ingredients except ghee and mix well.
  2. Make two small pedas of gehu Ka atta, roll them out, keep mixture on one roti and cover from other like sandwich. seal the ends, and roll out further to make it thin.
  3. Now roast the paratha on a hpt tawa, add ghee and cook until golden brown in color. Serve hot with some curd or pickle on the side.

My Tip:

Add very little salt and for adults we can add one green chilli finely chopped, also...
