About Paneer haidrabadi Recipe

This is a really delicious dish .Hyderabadi Paneer is a rich and nawabi preparation of cottage cheese in the spices and cream. It is a typical style hyderabadi recipe flavored with hyderabadi masala and fresh cream.

Ingredients to make Paneer haidrabadi

  • paneer 200 gr
  • spinach 250 gr.
  • 1 onion roughly chopped
  • 1 tomato roughly chopped
  • ,corriander 1/4 cup
  • Green chillyes 3
  • Fresh cream 1/4 cup
  • chilly powder 1 tbsp
  • salt
  • Turmuric powder 1/2 tbsp
  • 1 inch dalchini
  • 1 tezpan
  • 1 bsdi ilaychi
  • oil 3 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tbsp

How to make Paneer haidrabadi

  1. Wash spinach and cut ghe leaves only.
  2. Heat the pan add 1 tbsp oil
  3. Add onion , tomato , corriander ,chilly ,spinach leaves not together add every ingredient one by one sepretly , saute it only 2-3 minute.
  4. Grind it smoothly
  5. Again add 2 tbsp oil .heat the oil and add tezpan ,dalchini ,badi ilaychi . after it fried dark brown .remove it from the pan .
  6. Add smooth pest in remaing oil .saute it for 10 minute .when it colours get change
  7. Add fresh creame mix it throughout and after 3-4 minute
  8. add red chilli powder ,turmeric powder ,garam masala ,salt mix it well.
  9. Cut the paneer 2-3 inches and squre shape .we cut it in large but thin .
  10. Set paneer properly . mix it in grevy .
  11. Stir for five minute
  12. Haidrabadi paneer is ready to serve it with nan or tanduri roti .it is really heavenly delicious .compair to restorent it is healthy ,pure ,and marvolus....try it ....

My Tip:

Without any colour, isence ,it is healthy and totally natural.
