Ingredients to make Onion tomato Pakoda

  • 2 bowl besan
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • coriander leaves [handful]
  • red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • Refined oil

How to make Onion tomato Pakoda

  1. Cut the onion and tomatoes.
  2. Now add the besan and the spices, salt to the above things, in a mixing bowl.
  3. Now make a thick batter and deep fry small dumplings out of them, in hot oil.
  4. Fry until golden brown in color, strain and serve them hot with some sauce on the side.
