Ingredients to make Chana dal besan

  • chana dal 2 cups
  • oil 3 tablespoons
  • mustard seed 1 teaspoon
  • asafoetida 1/2teaspoon
  • red chilli powder 2 table spoon
  • salt as par tast

How to make Chana dal besan

  1. TAKE 2 CUPS OF CHANA DAL .SOKED IT FOR 4 HOURS
  2. WASH IT 3TIMES.DRAIN WATER AND GRIND TO MAKE A CORSE MIXTURE
  3. IN PLATE ADD ALL GRIND CHANA DAL
  4. IN KADAI ADD 3 TABLESPOON OF OIL
  5. ADD 1TEASPOON MUSTARD SEED 1/2TEASPOON ASAFOETIDA 2 TABLE SPOON RED CHILLI POWDER
  6. ADD GRINDED CHANA DAL MIXTURE IN IT
  7. MIX WELL AND SAUTE CONTINUOUSLY.
  8. SAUTE UNTILL IT FORMS SMOOTH MIXTURE.
  9. ADD SALT AS PAR TAST.MIX WELL
  10. LASTLY ADD FINE CHOOPED CORIANDER.
