Ingredients to make Puffed rice balls

  • 4 cups of puffed rice
  • 1 cups of jaggery
  • 1 cup of water

How to make Puffed rice balls

  1. TAKE 1 CUP JAGGERY AND 4 CUPS OF PUFFED RICE
  2. HEAT A PAN ADD JAGGERY
  3. ADD 1 CUP OF WATER
  4. MIX WELL UNTIL DEVOLVE THE JAGGERY AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  5. HEAT A ANOTHER PAN AND ADD DRAIN THE JAGGERY SYRUP
  6. COOK FOR THICK SYRUP
  7. POUR THE DROP OF JAGGERY IN TO THE WATER IF JAGGERY IS SETTLE YOU CAN PROCEED NEXT STAGE, IF NOT SETTLE COOK FOR 1 MORE MINUTES
  8. ADD PUFFED RICE LITTLE BY LITTLE
  9. MIX WELL UNTIL COMBINED
  10. IT'S NONSTICKY SO SWITCH OFF THE FLAME AND ALLOW IT COOL FOR 2 MINUTES ONLY
  11. APPLY THE OIL OR GHEE INTO OUR HANDS AND ROLL IT TIGHTLY
  12. CRISPY AND TASTY PUFFED RICE BALLS IS READY
