This is my grand mother's recipe .as we kid's were not found of eating cauliflower so she used to make pakodas for us and we would gobble them up in no time.

Ingredients to make CAULIFLOWER FLORET PAKODA

  • besan - 1 cup
  • cauliflower florets - 1/2 cup
  • salt
  • red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • oil
  • 1 ZEERA [cumin SEEDS]
  • PINCH OF AJJWAIN [CAROM SEEDS]
  • 1 TSP ginger GARLIC PASTE

How to make CAULIFLOWER FLORET PAKODA

  1. BOIL WATER IN A SAUCEPAN.
  2. ADD WARM WATER TO FLORETS SO THEY CAN BE CLEANED NICELY
  3. CLEAN NICELY
  4. THESE ARE SALT, RED CHILLY POWDER, 1 ZEERA, PINCH OF AJJWAIN, 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  5. ADD INGREDIENTS IN BESAN
  6. SALT
  7. RED CHILLY POWDER
  8. ZEERA N AJJWAIN
  9. ADD WATER N MAKE A THICK BATTER
  10. ADD FLORETS IN BESAN
  11. MIX NICELY
  12. KEEP OIL FR FRYING N PUT SLOWLY IN OIL
  13. WHEN HALF DONE REMOVE ON TISSUE
  14. PRESS LITTLE WITH KATORI
  15. FRY AGAIN NICELY TILL GOLDEN BROWN COLOR
