  • 1 bowl of wheat flour,
  • 1/2 bowl rawa,
  • 1_2 bowl jaggery,
  • 1 lt milk,
  • 6 saffron threads,
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • ghee

How to make WHEAT JAGGERY MALPUA

  1. 1 BOWL WHEAT FLOUR & 1/2 BOWL RAWA
  2. ADD MILK
  3. MIX NICELY
  4. ON OTHER HAND, KEEP MILK TO BOIL
  5. WHEN HALF ADD SAFFRON THREADS
  6. MIX WELL & KEEP STIRRING
  7. ADD SUGAR
  8. LET IT ROAST ON A LOW FLAME
  9. FLIP THE SIDE N ROAST IT
  10. KEEP TAVA TO HEAT , ADD GHEE & POUR A LADLE FULL OF BATTER
  11. ADD CRUSHED JAGGERY TO BATTER & KEEP FOR 1/2 HR
