ABOUT Garlic Bread RECIPE

Yummy, delicious and easy recipe of everyone;s favourite garlic bread.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For bread :- 3 cups flour maida
  2. 1 cup water or milk
  3. 2 1/2 tbsp oil
  4. 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
  5. 2 1/4 tsp yeast
  6. 4 tsp water
  7. 3 tsp milk
  8. 2 1/2 tsp sugar
  9. Stuffing ings :- 10 tbsp butter
  10. 20 garlics chopped finely
  11. Half cup coriander leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the stuffing by mixing all the stuffing ings and keep in fridge
  2. For bread :- warm 4 tsp water and 3 tsp milk add 2 1/2 tsp sugar and yeast let it rest for 10 mins
  3. In a bowl add flour ,salt and mix well
  4. Add yeast mixture and knead well using little water or milk
  5. Dough shud not be sticky
  6. Knead the dugh for 10 to 15 mins with oil
  7. Transfer in a greased bowl cover with a damp cloth and let it rest till it doubles in size
  8. When the flour has doubled dust with some flour and knead the dough till smooth
  9. Divide the dough into 16 equal portions and Flatten each portion with fingers 1 at a time
  10. Spread some stuffing and fold into half moon shape
  11. Then take the corners together creating a flower petal ,repeat for all the remaining portions
  12. Arrange them in greased round dish like a flower
  13. Keep it covered with a moist napkin till it rises
  14. Brush milk on top and Bake in a preheated oven for 25 mins at 200°C or till golden brown
  15. Remove an apply butter or oil
  16. After 1o mins remove from the dish and cool on a wire rack
  17. This recipe is for 2 garlic bread as i hv made 2 breads
