Puffed Rice Masala

Ingredients to make Puffed Rice Masala

  • Puffed rice 4 cup
  • lemon 1/2
  • salt to taste
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • Cooking oil 4 tsp
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • urad dal 1 tsp
  • curry leaves few
  • Chopped green chilli 2
  • Fried bengal gram powder 3 tsp

How to make Puffed Rice Masala

  1. WASH PUFFED RICE AND SOAK FOR 5 MINUTES
  2. ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, URAD DAL IN HOT OIL
  3. CURRY LEAVES, GREEN CHILLI, ONION
  4. FRY TILL TRANSULANT
  5. DRAIN WATER
  6. SALT
  7. TURMERIC POWDER
  8. SQUEEZE LEMON
  9. ADD PUFFED RICE AND MIX WELL
  10. FRIED BENGAL GRAM POWDER AND CORIANDER LEAVES, MIX AND SERVE IN HOT
