About Quick Masala puffed rice Recipe

This is my grand mother's recipe and is a perfect snack for all times.

Quick Masala puffed rice

Ingredients to make Quick Masala puffed rice

  • 2 Cups puffed rice
  • 2 teaspoon of vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of musted seeds
  • 4 crushed garlic
  • 3 dry red chilly
  • Few curry leaves
  • 1/4 cup rosted gram
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of chilly powder
  • salt to taste

How to make Quick Masala puffed rice

  1. HEAT A PAN AND ADD OIL AND MUSTED SEEDS
  2. ADD 3 DRY RED CHILLY
  3. ADD CRUSHED GARLIC WITH SKIN
  4. ADD ROSTED 1/4 CUP OF GRAM
  5. ADD 1/2 TEASPOON OF TURMERIC POWDER AND ADD 1/2 TEASPOON OF RED CHILLI POWDER
  6. ADD FEW CURRY LEAVES
  7. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND ADD 2 CUPS OF PUFFED RICE
  8. MIX WELL AND TURN OFF THE FLAME
