  • 1/2 bowl rawa,
  • 1_2 bowl jaggery,
  • 1 lt milk,
  • 6 saffron threads,
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • ghee

How to make WHEAT JAGGERY MALPUA

  1. 1 BOWL WHEAT FLOUR N 1/2 BOWL RAWA
  2. ADD MILK
  3. MIX NICELY
  4. ADD CURSHED JAGGERY TO BATTER N KEEP FR 1/2 HR
  5. ON OTHERHAND KEEP MILK TO BOIL
  6. WHEN HALF ADD SAFFRON THREADS
  7. MIX WELL N KEEP STIRRING
  8. ADD SUGAR
  9. KEEP TAVA TO HEAT N ADD GHEE N POUR A LADLE FUL OF BATTER
  10. N LET IT ROAST ON SLOW FLAME
  11. FLIP THE SIDE N ROAST IT
