Potato Masala

Ingredients to make Potato Masala

  • potatoes 1/4 kg
  • tomato 3
  • Kitchen king masala powder of ciba taaza 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • water 2 cup
  • Cooking oil 4 tsp
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • urad dal 1 tsp
  • asafoetida a pinch
  • Bengal gram dal 1 tsp
  • onion chopped 1 cup
  • garlic 6-7
  • coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

How to make Potato Masala

  1. GRIND SMOOTHLY TOMATOES
  2. HEAT OIL
  3. SEASONING
  4. FRY GARLIC
  5. FRY ONION TILL TRANSULANT
  6. TURMERIC POWDER
  7. ADD TOMATO PASTE
  8. SALT AND KITCHEN KING MASALA POWDER OF CIBA TAAZA, SOME WATER
  9. ADD COOKED, PEALED, MASHED POTATOES, LET IT BOIL WELL
  10. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES, SERVE
