Roasted Bengal Gram Chutney

Ingredients to make Roasted Bengal Gram Chutney

  • Green chilli 2
  • Cooking oil 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • tamarind gooseberry sized
  • salt to taste
  • Chopped coconut 1/2 cup
  • Roasted bengal gram 1 cup
  • water
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil 1 tsp
  • mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli 1

How to make Roasted Bengal Gram Chutney

  1. HEAT OIL, ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES, FRY TILL TENDER
  2. ROASTED BENGAL GRAM, FRY FOR A MINUTE, TURN OFF THE FLAME
  3. CHOPPED COCONUT, CORIANDER LEAVES
  4. TAMARIND, SALT
  5. GRIND COARSELY
  6. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE, CONTINUE GRINDING TILL SMOOTH
  7. TRANSFER INTO A BOWL
  8. SEASONING
  9. ADD SEASONING AND GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
