Ingredients to make Plain Rice Fermented Pancake

  • Soaked rice 1 cup
  • Cooked rice 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • Cooking oil 1/2 cup
  • onion chopped 2 cup
  • Grated coconut 1 cup

How to make Plain Rice Fermented Pancake

  1. 4 HOURS SOAKED RICE, SALT, COOKED RICE, WATER
  2. COMBINE COCONUT AND GRIND
  3. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  4. TRANSFER THE BATTER INTO A VESSEL AND CLOSE THE LID, ALLOW IT TO FERMENTATION OVERNIGHT
  5. HEAT OIL 1 TSP, FRY THE CHOPPED ONION TILL TRANSULANT
  6. MIX THE FERMENTED BATTER WELL
  7. ADD FRIED ONION
  8. HEAT A TSP OF COOKING OIL IN A PAN
  9. POUR LADLEFUL OF BATTER, CLOSE AND COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME FOR 2 MINUTES
  10. OPEN THE LID, FLIP OVER AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 1 MINUTE
  11. REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT
