About Amla Chutney Recipe

This Amla Chutney is very easy to make and goes well with any Sandwich, Paratha, Mathri, Cutlet and Chaat dishes. Can be served with Idli, Dosa or vada. If made using sendha namak, this chutney can be used during vrat or fast.

Amla Chutney

Ingredients to make Amla Chutney

  • 2-3 amla
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 green chili
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp sugar (Optional)
  • salt to taste

How to make Amla Chutney

  1. Wash the Amla, and de-seed them.
  2. Grind all the ingredients together to a fine paste in a grinder.
  3. Serve this tangy nutty chutney as a side dish with any of your favourite flat bread or chaat and enjoy.

My Tip:

Adding roasted peanuts not only adds to the nutrition of this chutney but also imparts nice nutty flavor to the tangy chutney !
