  2. Jaggery powder 1 tsp
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp
  4. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  5. Tamarind gooseberry sized soaked water 1 cup
  6. Turmeric powder a pinch
  7. Grated coconut handful
  8. Cooking oil 1 tsp
  9. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  10. Urad dal 1 tsp
  11. Red chilli 1

Instructions

  1. SEASONING
  2. CHOPPED BANANA FLOWERS
  3. TAMARIND SOAKED WATER
  4. TURMERIC POWDER, CHILLI POWDER, JAGGERY
  5. ADD SALT, MIX WELL, COVER AND COOK TILL EVAPORATION OF WATER IN MEDIUM FLAME
  6. CHECK THE COOKNESS, ADD GRATED COCONUT, MIX FOR 2 MINUTES, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE
