Ingredients to make Cabbage Buttermilk Curry

  • Chopped cabbage 1/4 kg
  • Grated coconut 2 cup
  • buttermilk 3 cup
  • water 1 cup
  • Green chilli 1
  • Cooking oil 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • urad dal 1 tsp
  • Red chilli 1

How to make Cabbage Buttermilk Curry

  1. HEAT WATER ADD CHOPPED CABBAGE, SALT, CLOSE AND COOK
  2. CHECK THE COOKNESS AND CURD OR BUTTERMILK
  3. ADD CHILLI POWDER AND TURN OFF THE FLAME, ALLOW IT TO COOL
  4. GRIND SMOOTHLY GRATED COCONUT, BUTTERMILK AND GREEN CHILLI
  5. ADD GROUND PASTE ,SOME WATER AND LET IT BOIL
  6. IN THE MEANTIME DO SEASONING
  7. TURN OFF THE FLAME WHEN THE BUBBLE FORMS IN THE SIDES
  8. ADD SEASONING, MIX AND SERVE
