  • Samiya 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  • ghee 2 table spoon
  • Kismis [raisins] - 10
  • cashew nuts - 10

How to make Wheat samiya payasam

  1. HEAT TWO TEA SPOON GHEE AND FRY SAMIYA I USED WHEAT SAMIYA
  2. ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER
  3. AFTER BOILING ADD ONE CUP MILK AND COOK TILL SOFT
  4. I HAVE USED EXTRA THICK CONDENSED MILK TO GET THIS COLOUR
  5. ADD CARDAMOM POWDER
  6. FRY CASHEW AND RAISINS IN GHEE. I USED ACRUT AND BLACK CURRENT
  7. GARNISH WITH FRIED ITEMS
