Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg Mutton boti
  2. 1/2 cup onion paste
  3. 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 2 tbsp Curry masala powder
  5. 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1 onion
  8. 1 tomato
  9. 1 green chili
  10. 1 sprinkle Curry Leaves
  11. 1 tsp black pepper
  12. 2 tbsp mutton masala
  13. 1 tbsp garam masala
  14. 1/4 tsp mustard


  1. In a pressure cooker add mutton boti, small onion paste, ginger garlic paste, curry masala powder, turmeric powder, salt, and 4 cup of water and allow for 5 to 6 whistles
  2. Chop the onion, tomato, green chili
  3. Remove and filter the boti from pressure cooker
  4. Heat the oil in the kadai and temper the mustard and curry leaves and saute the onion and green chili
  5. Add tomato and mix well
  6. Add pepper, mutton masala, garam masala and salt and mix well
  7. Then, add cooked boti and mix well
  8. Allow to cook for 10-15 mins in medium flame until it miss well
  9. Now mutton boti is ready to serve
