Ingredients to make Home Made paneer

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 Teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 muslin /cotton /cheese cloth

How to make Home Made paneer

  1. HEAT A PAN ADD 1 LITER MILK
  2. BOIL WELL
  3. ONCE MILK IS BOILD ADD 1 TEASPOON OF LEMON JUICE
  4. MILK WAS CURDLE
  5. STRAIN THE CURDLE MILK AND SAVE THE CHENNA, USING COTTON CLOTH
  6. ADD WATER AND WASHED THE CHENNA
  7. SQUEEZE WELL
  8. SHAPE THE CHENNA FOR PANEER AND PUT WEIGHT
  9. DO NOT DISTURB FOR 2 HOURS
  10. AFTER 2 HOURS OPEN THE CLOTH
  11. TRANSFER THE CHOPPING BOARD
  12. CUT INTO SMALL CUBES
  13. VERY SOFT AND BEAUTIFUL HOME MADE PANEER IS READY
