Ingredients to make Paneer Dhaniya Pudina

  • paneer 250 gm
  • yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Mint- coriander- green chilli paste 1/3 cup
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Kitchen king masala 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • fenugreek leaves 2.5 tsp
  • oil 3 tbs

How to make Paneer Dhaniya Pudina

  1. ADD 1 TSP OLIVE OIL,1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER,1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA
  2. 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER,1/2 TSP KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER &1/2 TSP SALT
  3. MIX THE SPICES THEN ADD 1 TSP LEMON JUICE,ADD PANEER CUBES
  4. COAT ALL THE PANEER PIECES
  5. COVER IT & MARINATE FOR 20-25 MINUTES
  6. AFTER 25 MINUTES,ADD 1.5 TSP OIL
  7. SAUTE PANEER CUBES FOR 3-4 MINUTES
  8. ADD 2 TBS OIL
  9. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
  10. ADD 1 MEDIUM CHOPPED ONION,1 TSP GARLIC PASTE,SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE
  11. ADD 1/2 TSP GARLIC PASTE,SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES
  12. 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER,1/2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER,1/2 TSP KITCHEN KING MASALA,1/2 KASHMIRI RED CHILLI
  13. ADD 1 TSB WATER & MIX THE SPICES FOR 1 MINUTE
  14. ADD 1/3 CUP MINT-CORIANDER-GREEN CHILLI PASTE
  15. COVER IT & COOK FOR 1-2 MINUTES
  16. ADD 1/2 CUP BEATEN YOGURT.MIX
  17. ADD SALT 1/2 TSP OR TO TASTE
  18. ADD 1/4 CUP WATER
  19. SIMMER FOR 2 MINUTES
  20. ADD PANEER CUBES
  21. COVER & COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
  22. ADD 2.5 TSP FENUGREEK LEAVES
