Dhurandhari Chicken, a spicy and delicious chicken curry to be served with some parathas for a dinner party or special occasion.

Dhurandhari Chicken

Ingredients to make Dhurandhari Chicken

  • 800 Gm chicken - boneless cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 16-18 cashew nut
  • 4 tbs ghee
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp. ginger- garlic paste
  • pepper powder
  • 6-8 green chilli (Chop)
  • 1/4 Tsp. cinnamon Powder
  • salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves (Chop) for garnishing

How to make Dhurandhari Chicken

  1. Boil Cashew Nut and drain all water. Take boil cashew and pineapple juice and grind and make fine paste
  2. Heat ghee in Kadhai (Nonstick), add ginger - Garlic paste, Pepper powder, green chilli, and Chicken and saute for few minutes.
  3. Add 1 1/2 cup water, when chicken almost is done add Cashew Nut pineapple paste, cinnamon powder salt as per taste
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with Chapati, Roti, Nan, Rice, Bread etc..
