Cheesy Bhajiya Wrap

Ingredients to make Cheesy Bhajiya Wrap

  • 2 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped potato
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 2 tsp semolina
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp water

How to make Cheesy Bhajiya Wrap

  1. MIX 2 EACH OF CHOPPED ONIONS & POTATOES
  2. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, 2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
  3. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF CUMIN & AMCHUR POWDERS
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, SALT TO TASTE
  5. ADD 2 TSP SEMOLINA, 1/2 CUP GRAM FLOUR
  6. ADD 1 TBSP WATER, MIX WELL
  7. DEEP FRY SMALL BALLS OF BATTER IN HOT OIL
  8. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  9. DRAIN THE BHAJIYAS ON TISSUE PAPER
  10. TAKE 1 ROTI, ADD SOME CHOPPED CABBAGE, PLACE 3-4 BHAJIYAS
  11. ADD 1 TBSP GREEN CHUTNEY, SPRINKLE 2-3 TBSP GRATED CHEESE ON TOP
  12. ROLL IT UP
  13. SERVE IMMEDIATELY
