  1. PANEER FROM 1 LITRE MILK, GHEE 1 TABLE SPOON AND 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
  2. IN A BLENDER BLEND IT NICELY
  3. THIS IS THE TEXTURE
  4. PUT IT IN A BOWL AND PRESS IT WITH A SPOON AND REFRIGERATE IT FOR 1 HOUR
  5. LEAVE THE SIDES
  6. SOFT CHEESE IS READY
  7. WE CAN GRATE IT EVEN
