Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 6 bread slices
  2. 1 cup cheese
  3. 2 tbsp boiled corns
  4. 2 tbsp capsicum
  5. 2 tbsp onion [chopped]
  6. olives - 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. ROLL OUT & FLATTEN 6 BREAD SLICES
  2. CUT OUT BREAD ROUNDS
  3. GREASE A MUFFIN TRAY WITH OIL, PLACE THE BREAD CIRCLES IN IT
  4. BAKE FOR 10 MINS
  5. MIX 2 TBSP EACH OF SWEET CORN, CHOPPED CAPSICUM & ONIONS
  6. FILL EACH READY BREAD CUP WITH 1-2 TSP OF FILLING
  7. TOP WITH 1-2 OLIVES, 1 TBSP GRATED CHEESE OF CHEESE
  8. SPRINKLE SOME MIXED HERBS & CHILLI FLAKES
  9. BAKE FOR 10 MINS UNTIL THE CHEESE MELTS
  10. BREAD CUPS ARE READY, SERVE HOT
