  • ginger garlic paste 2tbs
  • mint paste 2tbs
  • pepper 1tsp
  • chilli 2tbs
  • Kasthuri mehthi 1tsp
  • egg 2
  • oil
  • Bread grams 100gram
  • lemon juice 2tbs

How to make Paneer fingers

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. SOAK THE PANEER IN HOT WATET ABOUT 15 MIN & CUT INTO FINGER LIKE PIECES
  3. TAKE 2 EGGS
  4. SALT PEPPER CUMIN POWDER & BEAT WELL
  5. TAKE PANEER ADD MINT PASTE & MASALAS
  6. ADD SALT
  7. ADD LEMON JUICE MIX WELL
  8. SOAK IT FOR HALF AN HOUR
  9. TAKE THE SOAKED PANEER DIP IN EGG AND BREAD GRAM
  10. IN FREEZER PUT FOR 15 MIN
  11. FRY IN OIL
  12. READY TO SERVE WITH MAYONNAISE
