Steam kachori kadhi

Ingredients to make Steam kachori kadhi

  • For kachori dough
  • 1/2 Cup wheat flour
  • One cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoon gram flour
  • oil 1 tablespoon
  • salt as
  • 2 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • For kachori filling
  • Green chilli finely chopped 3
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp c**** seed
  • 2 tbsp mustard seed
  • One tablespoon coriander seed
  • Half cup grated coconut
  • salt to taste
  • For Kadi
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • One teaspoon cumin* seed
  • 4 to 5 curry leaves
  • One teaspoon mustard seed
  • One cup buttermilk
  • water as required
  • gram flour 3 tablespoon
  • salt to taste

How to make Steam kachori kadhi

  1. Make a dough for the Kachori by combining in a bowel wheat flour gram flour salt turmeric powder and yoghurt
  2. For kachori filling :
  3. Heat oil in a pan at cumin* seed mustard seed coriander seed freshly grated coconut shop green chillies and salt
  4. Mix well
  5. Transfer the filling to the plate and let it cool
  6. Now make small balls from the dough and flatten
  7. Now fill the filling, reshape and make Kachori
  8. In steamer place kachori and steam for 5 to 15 minutes.
  9. In Kadai ,heat oil
  10. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, mustard seeds
  11. Saute well
  12. In a bowl combine buttermilk water salt and gram flour
  13. Whisk well
  14. Add butter milk mixture to the pan and stir continuously
  15. Garnish the serving plate with finely chopped coriander leaves
  16. Serve the dish with roti and chawal

My Tip:

For steaming take 15 to 20 minutes
