Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chilled Milk – 1 cup (200 to 250 ml)
  2. Sugar – 2 1/2 tbsp (adjust as per taste – I prefer high sugar)
  3. Rose essence – 1 tsp (again adjust as per color need)
  4. Rose water – 1 tsp
  5. Ice cubes – as needed
  6. Sabja seeds – 2 tbsp (soaked)

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl add the boiled chilled milk, if need strain the milk. Add the sugar, essence and rose water. Give it a nice stir to mix.
  2. Make sure the sugar dissolves well.
  3. Meanwhile take a small bowl and add the sabja seeds pour the water till they are immersed. Check after 15 minutes, it would have bubbled or doubled in amount.
  4. Add 2 tbsp of sabja seeds to the rose milk and give a nice mix. Add ice cubes and serve.
