About Egg green gravy Recipe

Quick, healthy delicious curry made with eggs, to be served with some pulao or rice.

Egg green gravy

Ingredients to make Egg green gravy

  • eggs -3-6
  • oil - 1-2 tbsp
  • cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
  • tomato - 1
  • To Grind :
  • half cup - chopped coriander
  • mint leaves - 1 tbsp
  • green chillies - 2
  • garlic cloves -5
  • ginger chopped - 1tsp
  • grated coconut - 4tbsp
  • cashew paste -1 tbsp ( optional)
  • salt - To taste.

How to make Egg green gravy

  1. Keep all the ingredients ready.
  2. Heat oil, pop cumin seeds, add chopped tomatoes,add salt to taste.
  3. grind green paste and add to sauteed tomatoes.Bring to boil till the raw smells goes.
  4. Add boiled eggs or drop the eggs. Allow it to boil for few minutes. Serve.
  5. You can add 1 tbsp cashew paste also. this is optional.

My Tip:

Adding 1/2 tsp of sugar.instead of adding boiled eggs, drop the eggs,its delicious and quick to finish.
