ABOUT Hung Curd Dip RECIPE

A super simple and an all-time favourite dip for all your house parties.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup hung curd
  2. 1 small onion, chopped very finely
  3. 1 small capsicum, chopped very finely
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Black pepper powder to taste
  6. 1-2 tsp Amul fresh cream

Instructions

  1. Beat hung curd for a minute to make it smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix everything together except cream till consistent and creamy.
  3. Add Amul cream to adjust the dip’s consistency.
  4. Garnish with few coriander leaves and serve chilled with vegetable sticks, crackers, nachos, potato chips, or potato wedges.
