CHICKEN CHATPATA SPICY

Ingredients to make CHICKEN CHATPATA SPICY

  • chicken – 1 Kg
  • oil – 2 tbsp
  • salt - 4 tsp
  • chilli Powder – 4 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste – 4 tsp
  • Dhaniya [coriander] powder - 2 tsp
  • garam masala - 2 tsp
  • lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
  • curd – 250 gm
  • mint Leaves – handful
  • coriander Leaves - handful

How to make CHICKEN CHATPATA SPICY

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, chilli powder, dhaniya powder mix, curd, lemon juice, oil, ginger garlic paste, and mint leaves. Mix it well and keep aside for 30-40 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan with some oil. Add the marinated chicken and stir. Cook for few minutes on a high flame to seal the meat and then lower the flame.
  3. Stir again and cook on medium flame for another 10 minutes till the oil separates. Add handful of coriander leaves, cover it with lid for a minute and serve hot with rice or chapathi.
