ABOUT Home style chicken curry RECIPE

This is a total comfort chicken curry, to be served with some steamed rice on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken 1 kg
  2. Curd 100 grams
  3. Ginger garlic paste 2 spoons
  4. Red chilli powder half spoon
  5. A pinch of haldi
  6. Coriander powder 1 spoon
  7. Half juice of lemon
  8. Salt half spoon
  9. Three spoons musturd oil
  10. Garam masala half spoon
  11. Dalchini powder half spoon
  12. This ingedints for marinate the chicken
  13. Now for masala
  14. 4 onions roughly chopped
  15. Two tomatoes
  16. Ginger Garlic Paste
  17. Whole garam masala bay leaf ,black cardimom nd green cardimom black ,pepepr dalchini powdwer ,lawang ,
  18. One spoon zeera
  19. Dry coconut 4 spoons
  20. Til nd khus khus
  21. Red chili as per ur taste
  22. Haldi 1/4 spoon
  23. Coriender powder two spoons
  24. Oil for making

Instructions

  1. Take all marination ingredients nd mix well nd put the bowl aside for at least two hours
  2. Now for masala take a pan or kadai put four spoon oil nd put all the khada whole garam masala wait till they splatter then put onions
  3. Mix well add some salt saute till onion golden brown it will take ten mins or more time pls have some patience ..then put one spoon ginger garlic paste
  4. Mix well then put haldi ,coriender powder,redchili powder ,put some dalchini powder
  5. Then add tomatoes nd dry coconut mix well nd let them cook until tomatoes soft
  6. Then grind the masala nd take another thick bottom vessel put some oil nd add this masala nd stir continuously till oil seprates
  7. Cook it nicely then add marinated chicken don't add then remain juice first mixwell nd saute on heigh flame atlest ten mins
  8. Wen oil separates add that reaming juice nd again mixxwel nd cook it u can make it dry also without water just cook with this juice only
  9. If u like to all water fir gravy pls add luck warm water don't add cold water now cook for more time until chicken become soft nd add some salt if u feel its not as per as ur taste ..wen u see oil separate ur yummy chicken curry is ready ...its my style of cooking I hope all like this
