Spongy soft roti, made with the paneer mixed in the flour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated paneer 1 cup
  2. Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Salt
  4. Warm milk 1 cup

Instructions

  1. GRATED PANEER 1 CUP, WHEAT FLOUR 1 CUP, SALT
  2. MIX ALL AND ADD SAME WARM MILK TO MAKE A SOFT DOUGH
  3. ADD A TABLE SPOON OIL TO MAKE A SMOOTH SURFACE OF THE DOUGH AND REST IT FOR 15 MINUTES
  4. MAKE NORMAL ROTI AND SPREAD GHEE
