Ingredients to make Paneer roti

  • Grated paneer 1 cup
  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • salt
  • Warm milk 1 cup

How to make Paneer roti

  1. GRATED PANEER 1 CUP, WHEAT FLOUR 1 CUP, SALT
  2. MIX ALL AND ADD SAME WARM MILK TO MAKE A SOFT DOUGH
  3. ADD A TABLE SPOON OIL TO MAKE A SMOOTH SURFACE OF THE DOUGH AND REST IT FOR 15 MINUTES
  4. MAKE NORMAL ROTI AND SPREAD GHEE
