Gatte Ki Sbzi

Ingredients to make Gatte Ki Sbzi

  • besan 1.5 cup
  • curd 1.5 cup+2.5 tbs
  • oil 1/4 cup +2 tbs
  • turmeric 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
  • Kitchen king masala 1.5 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • fennel seeds Powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp
  • Musturd seeds 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Gatte Ki Sbzi

  1. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER,1 TSP CAROM SEEDS,1/2 TSP FENNEL SEEDS POWDER INTO 1.5 CUP GRAM FLOUR
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER,1/2 TSP SALT,2 TBS OIL
  3. ADD 2.5 TBS CURD & MIX
  4. ADD JUST A LITTLE WATER AND KNEAD A SOFT DOUGH
  5. SPREAD FEW DROPS OF OIL ON THE DOUGH & REST IT FOR 2-3 MINUTES
  6. MAKE SMALL ROLLS OF DOUGH
  7. BOIL THE ROLLS FOR 5-7 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT
  8. TAKE OUT IN A PLATE & CUT THE PIECES
  9. GATTE ARE READY
  10. ADD 1 TSP MUSTURD SEEDS IN 1/4 CUP OF OIL
  11. ADD 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA & 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS, GARLIC(1 MEDIUM ONION,8-10 GARLIC CLOVES)
  12. ADD 3-4 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES,1 TSP GINGER PASTE.SAUTE FOR 2-3 MINUTES ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT
  13. 1/2 TSP TURMERIC,1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER,1.5 TSP KASHMIRI RED CHILLI,1.5 TSP KITCHEN KING MASALA
  14. ADD 2 TBS WATER & MIX THE SPICES FOR 2 MINUTES
  15. ADD 1.5 CUP BEATEN CURD,STIR CONTINUE FOR 2 MINUTES
  16. ADD SALT TO TASTE, SIMMER FOR 3-4 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT,KEEP STIR BETWEEN
  17. ADD GATTE
  18. COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES
  19. TAKE OFF THE HEAT & ADD CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
