  • onion 2 finely chopped
  • tomato Grated 1 number
  • bay leaf 1
  • cinnamon 1 small piece
  • pepper 10 number
  • cardamom 2 number
  • cloves 2 number
  • Bengal gram flour 2 table spoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • red chilly powder 1 table spoon
  • coriander powder 1 table spoon
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • ghee 2 table spoon
  • butter 1 table spoon
  • Milk 1/2 cup

How to make Punjabi dhaba paneer gravy

  1. DRY FRY 2 TABLE SPOON GRAM FLOUR AND KEEP ASIDE
  2. WHOLE MASALA AND GROUND MASALA
  3. ADD 2 TABLE SPOON GHEE AND FRY WHOLE SPICES
  4. ADD VERY FINELY CHOPPED ONION AND SAUTE
  5. ADD GRATED TOMATO
  6. ADD SALT AND SAUTE WELL
  7. ADD CRUSHED GINGER AND. GARLIC
  8. WHEN WELL DONE ADD CURD AND SAUTE TILL OIL SEPARATES
  9. STIR AND MASH WITH THE BACK OF SPOON
  10. ADD ALL POWDER SPICES
  11. ADD WATER AND BOIL
  12. ADD KASOORI METHI AND PANEER
  13. ADD MILK TO MAKE THE GRAVY THIN
  14. SERVE HOT WITH A PIECE OF BUTTER ON THE TOP
