About Mushroom do pyaza Recipe

Mushroom do pyaza, a delicious and yummy curry made with mushrooms , to be served with roti.

Ingredients to make Mushroom do pyaza

  • 3 onion sliced
  • 2 oniin small more
  • 3 tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2cup cream/malai
  • 1cup Milk
  • salt to taste
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 1tsp dhaniya powder
  • 2tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3-4 tbsp oil
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 bayleaf
  • 2 cardamom
  • 1tsp jeera
  • 2tbsp cashew paste
  • 1/2kg mushrooms

How to make Mushroom do pyaza

  1. Cut the mushrooms and washed nicely and keep aside
  2. Take a wok on flame add 1 tbsp oil add jeera ,bayleaf, cardamom, cinnamon, little heat it
  3. Now add onion saute 1 min.
  4. Add tomatoes and saute 1 min.
  5. Now off gas and little cool the masala and grind it.
  6. Take 2 small onions and cut in four pieces
  7. Now take a same wok add oil and heat it, add small onions and little saute it and keep aside . Take a bowl add ginger Garlic paste, add dhaniya powder, red chilli powder,salt,garam masala and add 2tbsp water mix it .
  8. Now add masala mix in heated pan,mix n fry little med hot pan.
  9. Add grinded masala and cashew paste cook till oil separates.
  10. When oil separates than add cream or milk, mix together and balanced the taste. If gravy thick than add 1 cup water and set gravy acc. to your taste.
  11. Now add mushrooms and cook in covered pan till mushrooms get soft. . off gas now . Add small fried onions. sprinkle hara dhania. Serve hot with chapati

My Tip:

If gravy get thick u csn add more milk or water,u can use panner in gravy

It can be served with hot parantha or naan.
