ABOUT Chicken Manchurian RECIPE

Fried crisp Chicken with piping hot Manchurian gravy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gms chicken
  2. 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  3. 2 eggs beaten
  4. 2-3 tbsp Chicken tandoori masala
  5. 1 tbsp each-soya sauce,red & green chilli sauce
  6. 2 tbsp maida
  7. 1 tsp black pepper pwdr
  8. for gravy- 2 tbsp each : 1 tbsp each-soya sauce,red & green chilli sauce,tomato ketchup,schezwan sauce
  9. 1 packet chings secret manchurian mix
  10. 1 chopped : capsicum, onion
  11. 2-3 garlic cloves chopped
  12. 2 tbsp cornflour dissolved in water
  13. 1 cup spring onions chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine marinating ingredients & make a smooth paste.marinate chicken pieces in this mixture for atleat 10 hrs for good results.
  2. Heat oil & deep fry the chicken pieces on medium flame until done. Keep aside.
  3. Now in a kadhai heat oil. Add the chopped garlic & saute for few minutes. Add the chopped onion capsicum. Stir fry for few minutes.
  4. Mix all the sauces in a small bowl to a smooth paste. Add the chings secret manchurian mix, the sauce mix, and lil beat of water. Let the gravy simmer on low heat. Add the cornflour starch mix & stir well. Add the spring onions & mix well. Gravy is done. Remove from heat.
  5. Serve hot & crisp chicken with piping hot manchurian gravy. You can also toss the chicken pieces in the gravy & stir fry on high heat.
